PAYMENTS
We work on first-paid-first-served basis – book as soon as you can to secure your place.

WORKSHOP DATES AND HOURS
Times and dates are arranged with attendee.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can be made within 14 days within the time of booking (payment) but not later than 14 days before the course start date.
In case of cancellation the organiser will refund the course fee minus £30 administration fee.
Attendee should provide the organiser with the data necessary for refund as above.
Student’s cancellations and resignations must be made in writing.
Students registering late (less than 14 days before the course start date) accept the fact that they lose their right to cancel reservation.
The organizer does not offer refunds for an unattended workshop.

HEALTH DECLARATION
If you have any illnesses, allergy or disability, this must be reported to the service providers at the time of booking.

HEALTH AND SAFETY RULES
The student will follow all organiser’s health and safety rules.
Students must follow the rules concerning the building health and safety.
Smoking is prohibited in the building or near the open entrance door of the building. In an event of setting off the smoke alarm unnecessarily, the person responsible will be charged a call out fee.
Our terms and conditions are set out to protect students and staff and enable all of us to work in a safe environment and friendly, pleasant atmosphere.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The organiser will not share your personal details with third parties. The organiser may provide the information to government agencies or security organisations if needed.
English Law governs there Terms and Conditions and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
